For over 8 years, I've been the one bringing order to chaos. Leading teams through complex projects, setting realistic timelines when everyone else was overwhelmed, and following through on commitments even when things got messy. I've managed projects across tech, healthcare, legal, and startups. I've worked with teams scattered across time zones, executives who needed clarity, and founders who knew what they wanted but didn't know how to get there.

The through-line in all of it: I help people execute with integrity. I don't just make plans. I make sure they happen. That's what my clients hire me for, and it's what I'm genuinely good at.
